- Content Writer 1 will research, plan, design, write, and continuously update game-related content and training materials
- Create a wide range of high-quality documentation using clear and concise language
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams located around the world to document clear information on tools, APIs, processes, and agent workflows
- Create player-facing support content and agent-facing documentation and training materials for new launches and updates
- As a Content Writer 1, you will review and edit content provided by partners, players, and the community
- Collaborate with program managers and player support to keep up with the latest game developments and to author content that will attract and support players
- Use data to inform content and training strategy and improvements
- Align with business goals and team priorities
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Zendesk experience
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with Office 365
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with SharePoint
