Kforce has a client that is seeking an Editorial Coordinator in Santa Monica, CA. Responsibilities:
- Editorial Coordinator will maintain documentation, calendar and records of approvals and feedback on editorial copy and assets
- Coordinate internal and external client meeting logistics, prepare meeting materials, take meeting minutes, and update weekly status reports
- Effectively and efficiently disseminate material and information to team members
- Coordinating conversations between editorial and localization teams to streamline cross-functional process
- BA/BS in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, English or Journalism preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of copywriting or journalism experience, video game industry preferred
- Proficient on Adobe software suit, including expertise in capturing screenshots
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Reader, CMS systems, and other web-based content systems and software
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Detail-oriented, self-directed skills including ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, including adaptability to fluid and last-minute changes
- Proven ability to interact and communicate effectively with a variety of business functions and team leads
