IT Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Cincinnati, OH. Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Issues: Business Analyst will identify and resolve integration issues to maintain system efficiency and reliability
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and data flow
• Document Processes: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, workflows, and technical specifications
• Monitor Performance: Continuously monitor integration performance and make improvements as needed
  
  

Requirements

• 5-7 years of business analyst or technical analyst type role
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms and their implementation
• Insurance domain experience
• Understanding of APIs and data formats such as JSON and XML, not building out APIs
• Technical proficiency - does not need to be hands on, but needs to understand concepts as this candidate will be working across IT and Business teams
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
• Familiarity with SQL and database management systems
• Insurance industry experience, specifically with billing, policy and claims systems understanding
• Proficient excel competency to engage in internal Excel Rater wrapped up in VBA code, however, do not need coding experience
• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies
• Provide training and support to end-users, pre and post implementation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
