Title : I.T. Business Analyst ALTA is supporting a direct hire opportunity for our client in Cincinnati, Ohio ALTA IT Services is a wholly owned subsidiary of System One, a leading provider of specialized workforce solutions and integrated services. Position Summary and Purpose : Responsible for the design, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance of enterprise resource planning (ERP) processes and tools in support of business operations. Duties and Responsibilities : Analyze financials and operations business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements leveraging new technologies and approaches Design, develop and test new and upgraded applications Validate and champion ERP software updates Create documentation and train users on applications and enhancements Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epicor applications and integrations Maintain and apply knowledge of current programming languages, language enhancements and system tools Support local and remote end users Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information technologies, engineering, business or a related field 3 years providing administration, software development, operations analysis and end user support Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc. : REQUIRED : Strong understanding of Epicor 10.2 or higher, including manufacturing, production, inventory, and financial modules.
