68.00 / hr - $75.00 / hr
Responsibilities
- Senior UX Researcher will facilitate, direct and solicit feedback during design reviews
- Develop data collection efforts and oversee data analysis and synthesis using industry standard techniques
- Design and implement research studies, including developing methodologies and data collection instruments
- Lead, plan and execute field visits to shadow users in ethnographic states
- Develop, prepare and deliver research reports, presentations, and other research deliverables
- As a Senior UX Researcher, you will analyze research findings across products and provide actionable insights to stakeholders; Maintain and advocate for research repository
- Strategize and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate research findings into decision-making processes
- Lead and plan workshops using established workshop frameworks
- Mentor researchers and provide guidance on research best practices; Actively contribute to team culture and research ops
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and methodologies in the field of research
