Summary: We are looking for a skilled leader to manage IT disaster recovery and incident response efforts in a large-scale retail environment. Responsibilities:
- Manager IT Disaster Recovery will lead all DR initiatives, ensuring systems meet recovery objectives (RTO/RPO)
- Act as the central contact during crisis events, coordinating IT response efforts
- Conduct regular recovery drills and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain updated recovery documentation and lead post-incident reviews
- As a Manager IT Disaster Recovery, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to reduce risk and improve response time
- Report recovery readiness and risk to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience); Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, CISSP
- 7-10 years in IT project leadership focused on infrastructure/app recovery
- 3-5 years leading incident response efforts for outages, security events, or system failures
- Experience with enterprise DR planning, testing, and compliance (PCI, SOX, GDPR)
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, and business continuity platforms
- Strong project management experience (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
- Strong knowledge of DR and incident response frameworks
- Familiarity with enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and compliance standards (PCI, SOX, GDPR)
- Familiar with project tools like Jira, Microsoft Project, etc.
- Deep understanding of disaster recovery planning, frameworks, and risk mitigation
- Effective in high-pressure scenarios, with strong decision-making and leadership
- Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical teams
- Proven leadership in crisis management and incident response
- Excellent communication skills across technical and executive levels
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive recovery efforts under pressure
- Retail or large enterprise tech experience preferred

Salary : $140,000 - $145,000
