Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Program Manager III in Mountain View, CA. Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and monitors the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance of company programs
- Negotiates and prepares contracts by considering the financial conditions, resources, and contractual requirements
- Develops new business and expands product line
- Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to program from various departments
- Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget
- Acts as advisor to program team regarding projects, tasks, and operations
- Prepares proposals to win new programs
- Would need to align with west coast time zone
- 5-10 years of (recent) experience in Project/Program management
- Recent Work experience in Marketing/Sales/Customer Service Cross-functional leadership
- Ability to lead and influence XF teams with preference in GTM processes and experience working with product and channels Communication & stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and manage stakeholder expectations
- Adapt to changing priorities and navigate ambiguity
