Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in New York, NY that is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with expertise in the Order to Cash (O2C) process. Summary: In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, configure and customize Dynamics 365 O2C functionalities, and support integrations with third-party applications like Salesforce, O9, and Kinaxis using tools such as MuleSoft. You will analyze and optimize order processing workflows, provide functional expertise in key O2C areas such as order creation, invoicing, and credit management, and conduct end-user training.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365, with a focus on Order to Cash (O2C) processes
• Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party applications such as Salesforce, O9, Kinaxis, etc., using integration platforms like MuleSoft or other middleware solutions
• Strong understanding of O2C business processes, including order creation, invoicing, collections, and credit management
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to optimize and streamline business processes
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and provide solutions
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance modules) or similar
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration platforms for seamless system integration
• Prior experience in the distribution, supply chain, or retail industries
• Strong understanding of integration with external systems, particularly around order orchestration and warehouse management
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
