Kforce has a client that is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Consultant in New York, NY. Summary: We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 O2C Consultant to design, configure, and optimize O2C modules, including Order Management, Invoicing, Collections, and Payments. This role involves managing order orchestration workflows, integrating Dynamics 365 with third-party systems like Salesforce and Kinaxis using MuleSoft, and configuring various order types for efficiency. You will also focus on performance optimization, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring seamless order processing. Additionally, you will create technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer to functional teams to support ongoing operations.

Requirements
- Strong experience in configuring and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 O2C modules, including order entry, invoicing, collections, and payments
- Hands-on experience in designing and managing order orchestration workflows to optimize order fulfillment and processing across systems
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving issues related to order processing, integrations, and system performance
- Solid understanding of O2C business processes and experience in industries such as retail, supply chain, or manufacturing
- Strong technical skills in X , SQL, and related tools to customize Dynamics 365, build custom workflows, and enhance O2C functionality
- Proven ability to integrate Dynamics 365 with third-party systems (e.g., Salesforce, BY, Kinaxis, O9) using MuleSoft, Azure Logic Apps, or other integration platforms
- Ability to collaborate effectively with functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management
- Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration tools to connect Dynamics 365 with external systems
- Prior experience in complex O2C implementations, particularly in industries dealing with order processing and fulfillment
- Strong understanding of generating and analyzing O2C-related reports, using SSRS, Power BI, or similar reporting tools
