Primary Focus: The OCM Business Analyst will support Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts by bridging knowledge gaps, documenting SOPs, and driving end-user adoption of new processes and systems. Responsibilities:

- OCM Business Analyst will collaborate with the OCM Lead to create change management materials, including training guides and quick reference documents
- Identify knowledge gaps and create a training strategy for end-users
- Develop and maintain a knowledge database for easy access to critical information
- Conduct readiness assessments and support adoption strategies
- 5 years in an OCM or BA role with significant exposure to change management processes
- Experience creating SOPs, user training guides, and adoption strategies
- Change management, SOP development, knowledge base, SharePoint, training strategy, end-user documentation, user readiness, process mapping
- Communication, collaboration, training facilitation, adaptability, and user engagement
