PMO Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in need of a PMO Analyst in Wilmington, MA. Responsibilities :

• The PMO Analyst will support the Project Management Office (PMO) in monitoring project objectives, milestones, and performance
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, plans, and budgets
• Provide analytical support for project tasks and deliverables
• Prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders
• Coordinate and attend project meetings, recording minutes and tracking actions
• Ensure compliance with company project management standards and procedures
• Support the PMO in tracking the execution of strategic initiatives
• Identify and monitor project risks and issues
• The PMO Analyst will support project resource allocation and capacity planning
• Provide metrics about the portfolio
  
  

Requirements

• 3-5 years of Project Management experience
• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role
• Knowledge of Project Management concepts
• An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Exceptional Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint skills
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter, goal-oriented, ability to drive resolution without oversight
• The ability to pivot quickly in a fast-changing environment
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
