Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Management - Directorate Support Analyst in Reston, VA. Duties Include:
- Provides technical and management leadership on major tasks or work assignments
- Establishes goals and plans that meet project objectives
- Requirements gathering, tracking tasks, assigning resources, and ensuring timely delivery of any white papers
- Evaluate operations, processes, and SOPs and collaborate with others to determine improvement opportunities
- Provide management oversight and coordination of a team of policy and standard resources
- Work with senior government officers to identify, collect, and manage customer technical and analytic requirements in support of DoD taskers
- Serve as POC for stakeholder requests and other communications regarding projects and taskers
- Manage project and taskers priorities, deliverables, and deadlines
- Monitor team progress and develop status reports for the customer
- Attend customer meetings to provide status and communicate risks/roadblocks
- Create and maintain core program documentation and update stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings to help move the team forward on tasking and help remove blockers
- Foster an environment of collaboration with the different team members to provide quality service and products to our customers
- Experience with interacting with Government officials and senior military personnel
- Understand the role of the Senior Military Aide/Advisor (SMA)
- Proficient with Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS) or similar tool
- Has domain and expert technical knowledge and extensive experience in developing solutions, recommendations, or outcomes
- Excellent analytical skills
- Agility with task management, coordination, and execution
- Solid knowledge of MS Office suite especially with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Must be operationally oriented and able to multitask/prioritize work in a high-volume environment
- Team player with a positive and professional demeanor, strong customer service awareness, and excellent organizational skills
- Flexible and forward-leaning especially with regards to operations and planning
- Ability to multitask and execute directives effectively and with little supervision
- Exceptional communications, staffing, and decision-making skills
- Ability to share information and guide activities productively
- Superior presentation skills
- Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
