Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager II in Mountain View, CA. Duties:
- Program Manager II will monitor and detect service disruptions/incidents
- Works with cross functionals teams on tech and business side to contain tech and customer impact respectively
- Ensure data quality for KPIs collected for resolved Incidents and completed RCAs
- Comfortable summarizing data suitable for broadcast internally over several forums and externally with Third Parties
- Attention to detail and self-starter in terms of identifying opportunities (tech and business) to improve stability as well as reliability leading to focused programs for permanent root cause mitigation
- 7 years in banking industry FinTech industries
- Experience working at a Fintech Organization
- ITSM tools like ServiceNow
- Incident Management (Engineering exposure - tech knowhow is good enough)
- Technical Program Management skills
- Effective communication skills
- Problem Management (understands handshake between Incident and Problem Management)
- Data Analytics (SQL, Tableau etc.) as well as superior Excel & PowerPoint experience - basic understanding
- Monitoring (Splunk, Wavefront etc.) - basic understanding
- Cross-Functional interactions with Business Organization (Legal, Compliance, Customer Success etc.) - for Business recovery post an outage
- Willing to support weekend shifts in an established Rota > which will move to on-call for outside of operating hours on rotational basis
- Technical background a huge plus
