Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Developer in Juno Beach, FL. Responsibilities:
- Salesforce Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions and applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Create and maintain custom Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other configuration changes
- Develop and enhance Salesforce integrations with other systems using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions by following best practices and adhering to Salesforce coding standards
- Perform regular maintenance, updates, and optimization of existing Salesforce applications and customizations
- As a Salesforce Developer, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely support to end-users and other team members
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, deployment, and support
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge
- Document technical designs, configurations, and development processes to ensure comprehensive knowledge sharing and support
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Additional certifications (e.g., Salesforce Platform Developer II, Salesforce App Builder) are a plus
- 3 years of experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
- Experience with Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including object modeling, security, and performance tuning
- Familiarity with Salesforce development tools, such as Salesforce DX, Visual Studio Code, and Git
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration tools and techniques, such as REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and resolve complex technical issues
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
