- Salesforce SME will provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions
- Conduct needs analysis and prepare user stories to align with business requirements
- Develop and deliver Salesforce training and certification content
- As a Salesforce SME, you will create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionalities
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with Salesforce
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Trello is a plus
