mroads is looking for a "Salesforce SME/Architect for one of the direct clients. This is a remote opportunity with travel to Bethesda, MD once in a quarter.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
- Acted as a subject matter expert on Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for development teams.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and enhance user experience.
- Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers to ensure best practices are followed.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and updates, and assess their potential impact on existing systems.
- Provide training and mentorship to team members to foster professional growth and development.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce solutions with other systems.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce SME with a strong understanding of various Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Analytics Cloud.
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a team of developers in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong experience with Salesforce CMS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience with Salesforce development tools and methodologies, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
