Senior Data Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Clearwater, FL. Summary: In this role, you will provide leadership to the Digital team and mentor Data Analyst to define success metrics for Company's Clients, with clear, concise direction and definition of responsibilities to achieve flawless output to gain and maintain Client confidence. Key Responsibilities: Understand Clients' goals and requirements and develop analytic approaches that meet and exceed their needs by:

• Performing quantitative analyses based on eCommerce and Client databases
• Developing, maintaining and optimizing both internal and external reporting, including automated dashboards, customized ongoing reports and ad hoc requests
• Develop QA methodology for the Analytics team to
• Segmenting customer data to monitor performance and identify opportunities
• Collaborating with project managers and developers to manage technical solutions and uncover data or tracking discrepancies
• Actively work within the tools daily to broaden learnings, with current first-hand knowledge of capabilities
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, Masters preferred
• Five plus years of experience and preferably certification with Google Analytics, Tableau, Datorama and Google Big Query; Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio also, preferred
• Experience using programming languages (Python, SQL, etc.) to query large databases consisting of business and customer details as well as merging data sources from various platforms
• Agency experience is required
• Strong data mining abilities and natural curiosity to dig deep into the metrics to solve problems or identify opportunities
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Ability to work efficiently on a team and successfully collaborate on large projects
  
  

Additional Requirements

• Experience with marketing campaign analytics and online advertising preferred
• Willingness to learn new techniques and share knowledge with internal teams
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
