This role involves traditional FP&A work, financial modeling, and P&L management. This is a hybrid role that would sit remote 4 days a week and be in office 1 day. Responsibilities:

- The Senior Financial Analyst will lead the preparation of detailed financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making
- Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to improve company performance
- Manage P&L statements
- Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools for performance tracking
- Support operational finance initiatives
- The Senior Financial Analyst will partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support investment decisions, cost optimization, and revenue growth initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, including experience presenting to senior leadership
