Senior Genai Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior Genai Business Analyst in Chicago, IL.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst, supporting projects in Agile environments, particularly within the application development and technical program management domains, with a focus on AI-driven initiatives
• Technical Expertise: Strong technical background with the ability to offer consultative guidance and bridge business requirements with engineering and AI development
• Generative AI Knowledge: Deep understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning (ML) applications, RAG solutions, with experience in how these technologies impact business processes and outcomes
• Stakeholder & Risk Management: Proven expertise in managing stakeholder relationships, addressing concerns, and driving consensus while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
• Leadership & Team Collaboration: Demonstrated leadership ability to manage and coordinate diverse teams, aligning their efforts towards project objectives while ensuring the successful and timely delivery of AI solutions
• Strong experience in an Agile Environment writing user stories
• Understanding of value creation
• Experience working with application development and technical program management domains, with a focus on AI-driven initiatives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, coordinating with diverse teams
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
