Responsibilities:
- Responsible for building teams responsible for applications technology services supporting SAP, Salesforce, CAD, SAS as well as cloud strategy and Business Intelligence
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, functional stakeholders, external vendors, and service providers to deliver and modernize application technology platforms
- Partners with functional stakeholders, IT teams and partners to drive the technology strategy for corporate functions in alignment with IT and Business priorities
- 10 years of IT Enterprise Application experience
- Application experience, SAP, Salesforce, CAD, SAS, GCP, Azure, AWS
- Experience leading a globally distributed organization and working with remote teams
- Strong business acumen and an understanding of product and technology transformation with effective Agile development and thinking
- Extensive functional domain expertise
- Executive stakeholder relationship management skills
- Industry knowledge, execution excellence, and a delivery mindset
- Exceptional IT team leadership and communication skills
- Thought leader, out of box thinker with the ability to creatively solve problems with limited resources and input, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to build an organization that is "in service to" our employees and customers while delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement
