Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a skilled Salesforce Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) within Salesforce and will focus on backend personalization efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Einstein, and communication within the Salesforce Marketing Platform (SFMP). The Senior Salesforce Analyst must have experience analyzing data within Salesforce and experience using Einstein.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
- Salesforce Data Cloud certification required
- Proven experience working with a CDP preferrably Salesforce
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Einstein and familiarity with SFMP
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
