RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Altamonte Springs, FL that is seeking a skilled Salesforce Analyst to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) within Salesforce and will focus on backend personalization efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Einstein, and communication within the Salesforce Marketing Platform (SFMP). The Senior Salesforce Analyst must have experience analyzing data within Salesforce and experience using Einstein.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field
* Salesforce Data Cloud certification required
* Proven experience working with a CDP preferrably Salesforce
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Einstein and familiarity with SFMP
* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
