The Staff Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is essential in supporting the financial health and stability of our organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Staff Accountant will prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, company policies, and relevant regulations
- As a Staff Accountant, you will assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Perform other accounting and financial tasks as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
