- Technical Writer will create, manage, and maintain technical knowledge assets
- Collaborate with subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and create technical engineering knowledge assets
- Develop and maintain a library for knowledge assets in SharePoint Online
- Evaluate existing knowledge assets and develop innovative methods for improvement
- Develop knowledge asset templates improving the user ability to find and use specific content
- As a Technical Writer, you will transition and update existing knowledge assets to a new library in collaboration with a global team
- Collaborate in developing and implementing website and knowledge asset administration and governance policies and procedure
- Experience working with knowledge assets
- Connecting assets with the user experience side
- Being able to build out a document library
- Understanding how to arrange documents
- Capability to work across a large number of groups with lots of different stakeholders
