Test Automation Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Test Automation Engineer that will conduct a wide range of quality control tests and analysis to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements. This position will work onsite/hybrid in Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, or Birmingham, AL. Responsibilities

• Focuses on assurance in the areas of application functionality, quality, and response times
• Performs functional, integrated, and automated regression testing to validate production readiness of software applications and infrastructure for quality, stability, and performance
• Develops and executes test scripts to automate functional and client-side testing of distributed applications
• Supports testing needs of new projects, infrastructure upgrades and application enhancements by validating application functionality against documented test cases
• Mentors junior and entry-level test engineers on test script development and reusable testing frameworks
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering
• 5 years of experience in test automation, two of which can be in application software development

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
