- Design and develop high-quality, visually compelling websites in Webflow
- Translate wireframes, brand guidelines, and creative direction into polished, interactive web experiences
- Develop robust design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across projects
- Webflow Designer-Developer will ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance
- Work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table
- Collaborate with the team to refine UI/UX and enhance usability
- Implement animations, interactions, and front-end functionality as needed
- Create transition documentation and conduct training to support knowledge transfer at the end of the contract
- Experience working within brand systems and design frameworks
- Understanding of accessibility best practices
- Solid front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript)
- Expert-level Webflow experience (portfolio required)
- Strong UI/UX design skills and a sharp eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently within project timelines
