RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX seeking an Agile Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Agile Project Manager will lead Agile teams to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove impediments and ensure smooth project execution
* Work closely with stakeholders to define project goals, priorities, and deliverables
* Track project progress, manage risks, and ensure transparency through reporting and metrics
* Continuously drive process improvements and promote Agile best practices within the organization
* As an Agile Project Manager, you will foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within Agile teams
* Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) to monitor tasks and team performance
* Support change management initiatives and Agile transformations within the company
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or SAFe Agilist (SA)
* 5 years of experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or related role
* Experience working with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
* Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams on Agile best practices
* Experience leading Agile transformations in mid-to-large organizations
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean)
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
* Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
