RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst IV in Washington, DC.
Essential Functions:
* Business Analyst IV will be conducting controls testing and analyzing results
* Leading test inquiry meetings with internal control owners
* Reviewing related policies, procedures, and job aids
* Selecting the sample of transactions to be tested
* Collecting and assessing evidence of control operation
* As a Business Analyst IV, you will be preparing analysis and documenting test results in the system of record (MetricStream)
* Tracking identified issues through remediation
* Identifying and escalating issues to management promptly
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required; Industry certification (e.g., CCEP, PMP, etc.) preferred
* 8-10 years of experience
* Experience conducting controls testing in compliance, audit, operational risk or related function
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively as a team member to facilitate effective enterprise-wide compliance
* Ability to complete projects/tests efficiently with high attention to detail and excellent time management skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
