RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Intelligence Project Manager 2 in Redmond, WA.
Core Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Monitor and address issues and backlogs related to email datasets, coordinating requests with engineering teams; Ensure timely communication with key team members
* Communication and Coordination: Support the Operations Lead in establish consistent communication with the team, providing updates on channel health, sprint progress, operations, and campaign costs
* Project Planning: Assist the Email Operations Lead in developing project scopes and objectives and support overall project management efforts
* Documentation and Reporting: Aid the Email Operations Lead in creating operational progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, presentations, walkthrough decks, and email playbooks
* Cross-Coordination and Learning: Connect with key vendor team members across different business lines to understand operational needs and share insights on successes
* SharePoint Management: Develop SharePoint in collaboration with the Lead, providing education for internal team members and external stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience with SharePoint
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience with Microsoft 365, with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
* Minimum 3-4 years of experience with project management software (ADO)
* 3-4 overall years of experience in the field
* The ideal resume would contain experience in marketing operations, particularly in rebuilding systems and onboarding new platforms or software
* Should be familiar with email marketing, blog, or web systems, and possess strong skills in operations and implementation of systems, processes, and documentation
* Performance will be assessed based on quality of work and meeting deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
