RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Hybrid Business Process Analyst/Product Manager to join their team in Sandy Springs, GA.
Essential Functions:
* Business Process Analyst/Product Manager will document and conduct thorough analysis of current financial processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
* Collaborate with IT and finance/accounting teams to design and implement new financial software solutions or enhancements to existing systems
* Develop and maintain detailed documentation of financial systems and processes, including user manuals and training materials
* Assist in the selection and implementation of new financial software and tools
* Conduct regular audits of financial systems to ensure data integrity and compliance with processes and regulations
* Provide training and support to finance team members on new processes and systems
* Develop detailed project plans, schedules and resource allocations
* Lead and manage projects related to enhancement of financial systems, ensuring time and within-budget delivery
* As a Business Process Analyst/Product Manager, you will monitor and report on the effectiveness of financial systems and process improvements
* Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
* Facilitate communication between finance, accounting, IT, and other stakeholders regarding financial system needs and changes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field
* Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience in business or process analyst role, with a focus on financial systems and processes
* Experience with financial software systems (ex. ERP, Oracle Financials)
* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (ex. SQL, Excel, Power BI)
* Experience in process improvement methodologies (ex. Lean, Six Sigma)
* Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to financial systems and processes
* Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting practices and the financial services industry
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
* Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively
* Advanced ability to document processes using MS Visio
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
