RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in Plano, TX.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis:
* Analyze and document business processes and requirements
* Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, and surveys
* Define and document system requirements and specifications
* Validate business requirements with stakeholders
Collaboration and Communication:
* Work closely with business and IT teams to understand needs and requirements
* Collaborate with IT teams to design and develop systems that meet business requirements
* Communicate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements
* Coordinate with technical leads to document and implement changes
Project Management and Coordination:
* Assist project managers with project planning, coordination, and execution
* Manage, track, and follow up on action items and clarifications
* Collaborate with various IT teams, QA, business teams, and vendors
Technical Documentation and Support:
* Document architecture design, integration, and configuration requirements
* Develop technical documentation to support system implementation and maintenance
* Assist with system maintenance and troubleshooting
Data Analysis:
* Analyze data to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree: In a related field such as Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems
* Understanding of business operations, processes, and systems; Understanding of business operations, processes, and systems
* Effective communication with business stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers
* Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues
* Familiarity with the industry, market trends, and regulatory requirements
* Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
* Effective time management to meet project deadlines
* Excellent active listening skills
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Basic to intermediate technical skills
* Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
* Finance Industry, or Captive Automotive Finance industry experience - a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
