RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is immediately adding a full-time Desktop Support Engineer in support of our nationally recognized, Consumer and Commercial Electronic R&D client in Boise, ID.
Responsibilities:
* Replace consumables
* Clear paper jams
* Assist customers with overview of device functionality
* Report dissatisfaction to SDM
* Assist in manual collections for manual devices
* Place and dispatch MASE service calls
* Create SRF (Shipping Request Form) to send to carrier
* Approve SRF and carrier shipment
* Coordinate pickup and ship and reception of moved device
* Coordinate installation at destination site
* Manage Idle inventory
* Repair and prepare for redeployment of idle devices
* Non Reporting Device (NRD) resolution via WJA and EWS (coordination with site IT
REQUIREMENTS:
* Candidates must have experience in the duties listed to qualify for this role
* Any education or related certifications are a plus
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
