RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Katy, TX that is seeking a Digital Designer.
Responsibilities:
* Design and adapt creative assets for website and mobile app
* Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to create seasonal promotions
* Enhance user experience through thoughtful digital design solutions
* Ensure consistency across digital channels while maintaining brand standards
* Participate in site validation calls, including remote coverage on evenings/weekends as needed
Work Environment & Attendance:
* In-person attendance required
* Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional behavior standards
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in UX/UI, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
* 2 years of digital design experience with a strong portfolio of web and app projects
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
* Ability to create compelling digital designs that align with brand and marketing strategies
* Strong problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
* Experience working in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines
* Knowledge of content management systems and web accessibility (WCAG)
* Strong attention to detail in typography, layout, and digital design
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
