DESCRIPTION
Produce day-to-day digital content for websites and mobile applications, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience .
Adapt creative assets from internal and external teams to fit branding and digital platform specifications .
Design layouts, wireframes, and prototypes in collaboration with merchandising and marketing teams to support seasonal promotions and campaigns.
Enhance customer engagement by refining existing design templates and exploring new visual solutions .
Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, visually exciting, and engaging digital designs.
Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital designs with business strategies.
Present and articulate creative concepts and design decisions to stakeholders.
Ensure consistent branding and creative execution across all digital channels.
Incorporate learnings from previous design projects to continuously improve visual storytelling.
Maintain a high standard of digital design, typography, illustration, and web accessibility compliance (WCAG) . REQUIREMENTS
Education :
Bachelor’s degree in UX / UI, graphic design, digital design, digital media , or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Work Experience :
2 years of experience in digital design .
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital design expertise across websites and mobile applications .
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma .
Skills :
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to generate effective visual solutions for retail needs.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to present and explain design decisions.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a rapidly evolving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web accessibility guidelines (WCAG) .
Physical Requirements & Attendance :
Acceptable hearing and vision levels to perform job duties.
Must adhere to company work hours, policies, and professional standards .
Regular in-person attendance required .
Availability for remote coverage of monthly site validation calls, including evening and weekend shifts as scheduled.
