RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Minneapolis, MN that is seeking a Financial Crimes Data Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* In this role, the Financial Crimes Data Analyst designs and builds relational database models and defines data requirements to meet the business needs
* Develops strategies for data acquisitions, archive recovery, and implementation of databases
* Foster value creation from the use of the internal organization's data assets, as well as from the external data ecosystem
* The Financial Crimes Data Analyst will source the value through envisioning data-enabled strategies as well as enabling all forms of business outcomes through analytics, data and analytics governance, and enterprise information policy
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5-12 years of experience
* Financial Crimes experience and exposure to AML or Fraud
* Knowledge of banking transactions, relational database, data mapping, system architecture
* Spark/informatica and data mapping
* SQL expert and highly analytical
* Self starter and quick learner
* Collaborative and used to working in teams
* Experience using JIRA or similar and agile ways of working
* Able to provide thought leadership and suggestions on problems and decisions relating to Fin Crimes data and decisions
* Understanding of data lineage and reconciliations
* Able to write tech docs, data mapping, JIRA user stories
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
