RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Beaverton, OR that is seeking a Fulfillment Analyst.
Summary:
We are looking for an Order Fulfilment Analyst to join our Footwear Customization Operations team within Product Supply Chain. This role will be making changes for the NBY Business in how we operate using data and analytics to drive decisions across functions that serve as a foundation for operational excellence. The Fulfillment Analyst will work with cross functional teams in Beaverton, Europe and Asia. These teams include, Manufacturing Engineers, Supply Managers, Factory Partners, Direct Digital Commerce, Consumer Services, Transportation and technology.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree with a focus in, Supply Chain, Business, Planning or related field
* 2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, business, planning or related fields is strongly preferred
* Advanced skills in SAP Purchasing module, Tableau and Excel
* Creative and analytical problem solver who will proactively research and drive E2E solutions
* Proven ability to communicate complex topics and concepts (verbal and written) to a wider and diverse audience, to influence and motivate many areas of the organization
* Collaborative approach to gathering input from multiple stakeholders and creating alignment
* Ability to work cross functionally and cross culturally to drive results
* Ability to maintain a high level of integrity and flexibility within a matrix organization
* Work comfortably and independently in an environment of ambiguity
* Ability to lead and prioritize multiple tasks and deliver against deadlines
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
