RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a GTM and Sales Operations Analyst in San Francisco, CA.
Summary:
You will be a primary partner to the clients GTM planning and operations team and support the analysis and ongoing optimization of their global team. By leveraging their internal systems and tools you will analyze current state, identify gaps and issues, and collaborate to problem solve.
Duties/Day to Day Overview:
* Run SQL Queries to analyze team data surrounding Policies, Planning, Processes, Territories and overall sales performance
* Identify gaps/issues within Salesforce data, Anaplan data, and Sales Operations as a whole
* Work with GTM Data team and Sales Org leaders
* Triage tickets coming in from Sales Org and GTM Team
* Determine and present solutions to identified issues and work on optimizing processes/policies
REQUIREMENTS:
* 3 years of experience in Sales Operations
* Salesforce experience
* Anaplan Experience (Strongly preferred, but not required)
* Strong SQL Skills, ability to create queries
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work in a complex environment
* Problem Solving mindset
* Eagerness to find resolutions to analytical issues
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
