RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Helpdesk Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
* Helpdesk Specialist will respond to help desk tickets, emails, and phone inquiries related to technical issues
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems
* Provide clear and concise instructions to users experiencing issues
* Maintain detailed records of support requests and resolutions
* As a Helpdesk Specialist, you will assist with system installations, updates, and configurations
* Escalate complex issues to appropriate technical teams
* Ensure timely resolution and user satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience in IT support or a related role
* Strong problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
* Familiarity with common operating systems and software applications
* Excellent communication and customer service abilities
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
