RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Manager of Supply Chain BI to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Manager of Supply Chain BI will train, mentor, and support a team of four, fostering their development and performance
* Lead interactions with internal customers, asking insightful questions and setting clear expectations
* Act as a blocker remover, ensuring smooth progress for the team
* Translate business requirements into actionable solutions and work collaboratively with the team to execute them
* As a Manager of Supply Chain BI, you will develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve supply chain operations
* Communicate complex data insights in a clear and compelling story format to stakeholders
* Work directly with internal/external customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain data analytics
* Leadership: Experience mentoring or leading teams, even in an informal capacity
* Proficiency in: Optimization techniques; Python; SQL; Tableau
* Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex data concepts simply and effectively
* Self-Motivation: A proactive mindset with a strong desire to drive supply chain improvements
* Teaching Ability: Capacity to train team members on supply chain concepts as needed
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
