RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Marketing Manager III in Mountain View, CA.
Responsibilities:
* Marketing Manager III will partner with Insights team to drive brand health measurement and tracking across four priority markets (US, UK, CAN, AU)
* Work closely with brand and market teams to define the most important brand health topics, facilitate synthesis to get to compelling insights, and finally turn the insights into action
* Leverage customer insights, competitive understanding, and analytics data to unlock growth opportunities and influence brand strategy
* Establish metrics for success for brand repositioning and ensure we're applying the right level of strategic rigor in decision making
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required; Equivalent experience will be considered
* Solid written and verbal skills to communicate brand health program objectives, recommendations, and results to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
* Comfortable analyzing diverse sets of data to develop insights; Experience with quantitative data analysis
* Great interpersonal skills to collaborate with a wide diversity of colleagues in other disciplines and cultures
* Ability to distill research findings into clear, and compelling data backed presentations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
