RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is in urgent need of an experienced NetSuite Consultant accounting professional to assist with their ERP implementation training and testing. Their go-live is March 1st. They are looking to hire and start immediately for a 2-month engagement.
February 3 through February 14:
* Enter intercompany billing
* Enter freight bills
* Maintaining prepaid inventory schedule
* 3-way matching of vendor invoices to receiving paperwork and PO
* Daily reconciliation of customer credit card deposits
Week of February 17 - 21:
* Assisting with NetSuite training and data validation
Week of February 24 - Feb 28:
* Sandbox will be down again during this week so would repeat tasks above
Month of March:
* Training Controller with first financial close in NetSuite
* Assisting accounting staff with any NetSuite issues and training
* Take their current business processes and show them the quickest way to do it in NetSuite
* Show them shortcuts in NetSuite (everything to date has been navigating drop down menus when they know there are faster ways)
REQUIREMENTS:
* Accounting/Finance background
* NetSuite SME in their most recent role, preferably led at least one company through an implementation/post-implementation before
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
