Nuclear Training Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Hiawatha, IA that is seeking a Nuclear Training Project Manager.

Summary:
This position is responsible for the completion of substantial projects that support nuclear objectives. The Nuclear Training Project Manager will lead projects that vary with regard to resource requirements, functional interaction, direction, scope, and timeframe. They will maintain project momentum, report completion status, and control costs to budget.

Responsibilities:
* Leads substantial and complex projects independently to ensure completion in accordance with schedule date
* Develops project plans such that stakeholders and contributors understand their assignments and timing
* Deploys resources efficiently, ensuring that work performance flows without bottlenecks and gaps
* Innovates solutions to problems that arise from changing project circumstances
* Values and effectively incorporates certain functional experts into projects
* Calculates costs and controls expenses to budget
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma/GED
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; 9 years of experience in lieu of degree
* PMP qualification
* 4 years of experience required

Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* Accredited Training Program experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
