RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Senior Product Manager on the Supply Chain side. This PM will be part of the Supply Chain Product Management team responsible for delivering strategic solutions to drive value to our business partners and company. Our job is to ensure that we deliver quality IT initiatives that exceed the expectations of our customers and provide a return on our technology investment.
Summary:
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for owning product duties from start to finish. You will consult and work with the business stakeholders, project managers, architects, development teams, and others to gather and define, then develop and document client requirements as both functional specifications then translate them to technical requirements to ensure successful deployment of deliverables. In this role, you will support order management, care center operations and order payments.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years of technical product management experience
* Experience supporting supply chain projects within a retail or supply chain/logistics company
* Strong order management system (OMS) domain expertise
* Deep knowledge and understanding of order process flow, how online payment works when customer places an order, end to end order management process (different channels & concepts within inventory/order management)
* Must come from a technical environment - working with engineers (not coming from the business/operations side)
* Day to day experience with working with business stakeholders, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working with development teams to execute on feature/functionality or enhancements of systems/applications
* Experience working in an Agile environment and with Jira
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
