About the Opportunity
Become part of our Digital Planning team at LS&Co as we continuously innovate and enhance our Global Supply Chain operations through Digital tools. We are focused on developing innovative operating models and streamlining end-to-end processes.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to spearhead the digital transformation of our Supply Chain Operations group at LS&Co. We are seeking an experienced Product leader to define the vision and delivery of a unified Operations plan for the Global Supply Chain team. This spans LS&Co’s Global Supply Management, Sourcing, Distribution & Logistics, and Merchandise Planning & Inventory Management (MPIM) functions at LS&Co. This role will initially focus on merging existing roadmaps and projects into a single portfolio, shifting from a project-based approach to an agile, product-based method. You will report to the Director of Product in Digital Planning.
Details of the Job
- Support the creation of the product vision, goals, and roadmap.
- Drive OKR product roadmap delivery in conjunction with your leader and cross-functional team.
- Develop an understanding of LS&Co. Go to Market processes and learn about the complex ecosystem supporting those processes.
- Manage a dynamic and evolving product backlog – prioritize new ideas, enhancement requests from users, competitive analysis, and engagement data for the products. Be able to synthesize data inputs to know what should, and even more important, should not be prioritized.
- Partner with Stakeholders to increase adoption of new ways of working.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, new capabilities, and innovation. Be willing to make difficult tradeoffs.
- Collaborate closely with vendors and stakeholders to define global rollout plans of Supply chain and logistics tools. Can manage competing priorities and dependencies across multiple roadmaps and system integrations both downstream and upstream.
- Keep a pulse on the industry. Conduct competitive analysis, evaluate other retailers, and stay informed on the industry and evolving technologies in this space.
- Be able to collect and synthesize data to be informed and comfortable leading with your recommendations.
- Support product releases through close partnerships with business and operations teams, understanding ways of working and effectively communicating changes to our business users.
- Effectively communicate progress, benefits, blockers to team members, product leadership, and stakeholders.
About You
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $116,300 to $175,900 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
