RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Product Manager.
Summary:
In this role, the Product Manager will work on a tool that supports the company's ability to better track a customer's behavior and allow for more exact buying models using AI. This Product Manager will support/partner with both the Engineering and Data Science Teams and will need to be able to understand their requirements as well as being able to communicate effectively to be success. Candidates will backgrounds in data science, engineering or customer personalization/personas are desired.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2-3 years of experience within Product Management
* Experience collaborating closely with the Data Science teams
* Understanding of customer personalization efforts
* This involves integrating and optimizing existing predictive models
* While the role is not technical, it requires strong understanding of data science concepts and the ability to communicate effectively with both data scientists and developers
* Ability to Manage multiple stakeholders
* Experience using Jira Align
* Enterprise experience in complex environments
* Ability to interpret and understand machine learning and the data science landscape
* Experience writing user stories, gathering requirements, managing backlogs
* Experience managing the product roadmap
* Ability to navigate through ambiguity and drive clarity in goal-setting and execution
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
