RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Program/Project Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project & Program Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely execution, risk mitigation, and alignment with business objectives
* Process Documentation: Develop, refine, and maintain comprehensive process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and best practices
* Roadmapping & Strategic Planning: Create and manage project roadmaps to align initiatives with long-term business strategies and priorities
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, marketing, and leadership, to drive project success
* Workflow Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement improvements to enhance productivity and scalability
* Risk Management: Anticipate project risks and dependencies, proactively resolving potential roadblocks
* Reporting & Communication: Provide regular updates to leadership and key stakeholders, ensuring transparency in project progress, risks, and dependencies
* Tool & Software Utilization: Leverage project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Trello) to track progress, manage resources, and facilitate collaboration
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field
* 5 years of experience in project/program management with a focus on process documentation and roadmapping
* Experience creating and maintaining SOPs, process maps, and workflow documentation
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Proficiency in project management software (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, etc.)
* Proven ability to develop and manage strategic roadmaps
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
