Quality Assurance Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst IV in Denver, CO or Saint Louis, MO.

Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and adaptable QA Team Lead to join our mobile business unit. This team will be responsible for testing applications, ensuring quality across both front-end and back-end systems, and supporting our monthly and weekly release cycles.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage a team of 6-8 QA testers, including both onshore and offshore members
* Quality Assurance Analyst will conduct hands-on testing and oversee the creation and execution of test cases
* Collaborate with various departments to enhance testing infrastructure and processes
* Test mobile applications, front-end interfaces, APIs, and databases
* Utilize tools such as SQL, Jira, and Octane for testing and tracking
* Ensure familiarity with automated regression testing tools like TOSCA and Postman
* As a Quality Assurance Analyst, you will foster a team environment that encourages flexibility, quick learning, and proactive problem-solving
* Work closely with another FTE lead to coordinate efforts and ensure seamless integration of testing activities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in testing mobile applications and understanding the full software development lifecycle is a plus
* Strong knowledge of SQL, Jira, and Octane
* Familiarity with both manual and automated testing methodologies
* Ability to lead and mentor junior testers, helping them grow and evolve within the team
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on team empowerment and agile methodologies

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
