RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Salesforce Architect in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead our CRM and Opportunity Management initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and capabilities, with a proven track record in designing scalable solutions that enhance customer relationship management and streamline opportunity management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Salesforce Architect will design and implement Salesforce solutions for CRM and Opportunity Management that align with business objectives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
* Develop and maintain system architecture documentation, including integration points and data flow diagrams
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring best practices in Salesforce development and deployment
* Optimize existing Salesforce configurations and workflows to improve efficiency and user experience
* As a Salesforce Architect, you will conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance
* Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features, recommending enhancements to leverage the platform's capabilities
* Mentor and train team members on Salesforce best practices and architecture principles
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or similar role, with a strong background in CRM and Opportunity Management
* Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools
* In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
* Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer) are highly desirable

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
