RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Smithfield, RI that is seeking a Scrum Master.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
* 5 years of experience in a dedicated Scrum Master role
* Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum and project management principles and practices
* Experience with agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Jira Align)
* Excellent facilitation and communication skills
* Strong understanding of software development processes
* Ability to influence without authority
* Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
* Familiarity with data analysis and delivery metrics
* Process and Methodology Expertise: ability to implement work management structures and optimize team delivery processes
* Dependency Management: Skill in identifying, tracking, and resolving dependencies
* Business Acumen: Proficiency ensuring work is delivering measurable customer value and is effectively prioritized based on size, impact, and alignment to goals
* Release Management: Familiarity with release process and change management
* Data and Tools: Diligent in ensuring high data quality is maintained so that decisions and outcomes are transparent and reliable
* Team Dynamics: Proficient embracing a positive leadership stance and building high levels of trust and engagement on teams
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
