RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
* Senior IT Program Manager will lead and manage enterprise-level IT programs across IT Engineering, Network Engineering, and Platform Engineering domains
* Develop and execute program strategies, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
* Coordinate with stakeholders, executives, and technical teams to define objectives and drive program success
* Implement and enforce project management best practices, including risk management, issue resolution, and resource allocation
* Oversee IT infrastructure initiatives, cloud migration projects, and system integration efforts
* As a Senior IT Program Manager, you will ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards within IT programs
* Leverage Agile and Waterfall methodologies to optimize program execution
* Track and report key performance metrics, providing data-driven insights to leadership
* Foster collaboration among engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency and innovation
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required
* 8 years of experience in IT program/project management, with a focus on IT Engineering, Network Engineering, or Platform Engineering
* Experience managing cross-functional teams in an enterprise environment
* Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise networking
* Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Asana
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
